How can I submit my CV?

To submit your CV, simply visit seek.co.nz and utilise the designated portal for uploading your CV specific to the role advertised. Alternatively, you can email it directly to hello@flourishrecruitment.co.nz

What industries and organisations do you specialise in?

I primarily work with privately owned businesses and professional services firms seeking support with leadership, professional or specialist appointments.  

How long does the recruitment process take?

The duration of the recruitment process is variable and depends on the specific requirements of the role. I am committed to providing timely updates and transparent communication throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.

Do you work on a retained basis and do you advertise roles?

Yes.  For business-critical or senior roles, I typically work on an exclusive or retained basis to ensure focus, discretion and alignment.

Some roles are advertised; many are managed confidentially and through direct search.

Do you only work on senior roles?

No. While many assignments involve leadership or management roles, I also support professional and specialist appointments depending on client needs.

Do you work nationwide?

Yes.  I work with clients across New Zealand.
