About
FLOURISH Recruitment was built on a simple belief — hiring is too important to rush or outsource to a transactional process.

Founded by Denise Corlett, FLOURISH is a boutique, relationship-led recruitment practice supporting privately owned and professional services businesses across New Zealand.

Denise works directly with business owners, directors and leaders to secure trusted leadership and specialist talent through retained search and tailored recruitment solutions. Every assignment is handled personally, with care, discretion and commercial insight.

Clients value having one experienced partner who understands their business, their culture, and the real impact of getting a hire right.

FLOURISH Recruitment is intentionally boutique.

This means:
• Direct access to Denise from start to finish
• Carefully curated shortlists
• Honest advice, not pressure
• A focus on fit, longevity and trust

Because the right person doesn’t just fill a role — they help a business flourish.

Founder & Managing Consultant
Denise Corlett
Bringing a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and over 20 years in search/recruitment, Denise focuses on building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. This allows her to match candidate skills with company culture, ensuring ideal fits that drive organisational success.

Denise has partnered with organisations ranging from growing SMEs to established advisory and consulting firms. She has a broad experience in recruitment, research and search in governance, executive leadership, professional services, financial and insurance services, engineering and construction, healthcare and medical, technology, sales and marketing and operational support functions.

She works independently and selectively, taking on a limited number of assignments at any one time. This allows her to stay closely involved throughout the process and ensure each search receives the attention it deserves.

This cultural and language fluency helps bridge communication gaps, ensuring clarity, trust and alignment throughout the hiring process.
